Orders and agreement

The agreement is made when your payment is completed and you receive an order confirmation by email. Check the confirmation and contact us right away if something is wrong.

Products are made to order. If an item becomes unavailable after you've ordered, we'll contact you and refund you in full.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Shipping is shown in the cart before you pay. Payment is handled securely by PayPal, and you can pay with a PayPal account or a debit/credit card. We never see or store your card details.

Your bank or card provider may charge a currency conversion fee if your card isn't in USD.

Discount codes

Discount codes apply to products, not shipping, and can't be combined. We may end a discount code at any time, but this never affects orders that are already paid.

Delivery

Delivery times and shipping costs are described on our Shipping & Returns page. Risk for the items passes to you when you receive them. If your order hasn't arrived within the stated time, contact us and we'll help.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (angrerettloven). See our Shipping & Returns page for how to return items.

Complaints

If an item has a defect, you can complain within a reasonable time after you discovered it, and no later than 2 years after you received it, in line with the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act (forbrukerkjøpsloven). Email contact@ascendfits.com with your order number and a description or photo of the problem.

We only use your information to process and deliver your order. Read more in our privacy policy.

Disputes

We'll always try to solve any problem directly with you. If we can't agree, you can contact the Norwegian Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet) for help. Norwegian law applies.
