Shipping & Returns
Every ASCEND piece is made to order just for you. Here's how shipping, returns and exchanges work.
Production
Your order is printed and packed after you buy it. Production usually takes 2–5 business days, sometimes a little longer during busy periods.
Shipping cost
- Flat rate: $9.99 per order
- Free shipping on orders over $120.00
Delivery times
Estimated delivery after production:
- Norway and Europe: 3–8 business days
- USA and Canada: 4–10 business days
- Rest of the world: 7–20 business days
Tracking
You'll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Customs and taxes
Orders to Norway, the EU, the UK and the USA are normally delivered without extra fees on arrival. For other countries, local import duties or taxes may apply and are paid by the customer.
Right of withdrawal (14 days)
You can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Email us at contact@ascendfits.com with your order number, or use the withdrawal form below.
Return the items unused, unwashed and with labels intact within 14 days after telling us. You pay the cost of sending the items back. We'll email you the return address.
We refund the full amount you paid, including the original standard shipping cost, within 14 days of receiving the items back (or proof that you've sent them). The refund goes back to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Because every piece is made to order, we can't swap sizes directly. Return the item as described above and place a new order for the size you need. Check the size guide on each product page before ordering.
Damaged or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, email contact@ascendfits.com with your order number and a photo within 30 days of delivery. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund — you don't need to return the item.
You also keep your statutory right to complain about defects (reklamasjon) for up to 2 years after receiving the item.
